1. Current availability
Marketing Command is currently offered as a public product preview. Displayed prices describe proposed packages. Self-service checkout and enforcement of the displayed monthly package allowances are not yet activated. Viewing a package or requesting a quote does not purchase a subscription. The registered contracting entity and its contact details must be supplied before paid subscriptions are offered.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be an adult with authority to act for the business, brand or client whose data and accounts you manage. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use supported security controls. Do not share a manager identity to conceal who approved work. You are responsible for actions taken by users you authorize, subject to applicable law.
3. Accounts, brands and team permissions
Workspaces and brands organize your content and data. Team access depends on the permissions assigned by the account owner. Removing or changing access can affect workflows. An approval log records application activity; it is not a guarantee that a review was legally sufficient or that an approver understood every consequence.
4. Subscriptions and allowances
When checkout becomes available, the order summary must state the package, brand quantity, billing period, taxes, applicable allowances and renewal terms. Starter, Growth and Pro are priced per brand; Agency includes 20 brands with shared allowances. Custom arrangements require a written agreement. One image generation or visual AI edit uses one AI credit. Research capacity does not guarantee a particular quantity of verified leads. Unused allowance rollover, extras and overage charges apply only if explicitly agreed; no unlimited usage is offered by these packages.
5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Recurring billing may be enabled only with the terms shown at checkout and your authorization. You must receive a usable cancellation method before recurring subscriptions launch. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the order terms and does not itself create a refund. The first subscription payment has the seven-day refund window described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights and agreed custom terms take precedence where applicable.
6. Your content and rights
You retain rights you already hold in uploaded content. You grant the service and necessary providers permission to host, process, transform and transmit that content to perform your requested tasks. Only upload media, logos, text and personal data that you have the right to use. AI output may be similar to other outputs and may contain errors; exclusivity, copyright eligibility and freedom from third-party rights are not guaranteed.
7. AI, review and publishing
Check artwork, text, brand claims, contact details, rights and destination settings before approving work. Scheduled publishing depends on provider permissions, eligibility, media constraints and availability. A schedule timer alone is not proof that a post was delivered. Content already published externally may require deletion directly on that platform. AI assistance does not replace your professional judgment.
8. Email and research responsibilities
Do not use the service for spam, misleading messages, unlawful harvesting or unauthorized access. Use lawful audiences, accurate sender details and required unsubscribe mechanisms; respect suppression requests and applicable sender-identification rules. Research may access available public information only within applicable rules. Do not bypass access controls, private accounts, paywalls or provider restrictions. Public contact information is not automatic permission to send marketing.
9. SEO and external platforms
SEO audits and suggestions do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue. Website edits require a supported connector, authorization and review. External links require the relevant publisher’s acceptance; no guaranteed or automatic backlink network is offered. Social, email, AI and search providers have their own terms and may change APIs, limits or availability.
10. Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse credentials, interfere with the service, upload malware, impersonate others, infringe rights or run deceptive campaigns. Do not use generated content for unlawful activity. Suspected misuse may lead to restricted access, investigation or suspension, with notice where appropriate and permitted.
11. Availability and responsibility
Features may change during development. No uninterrupted-service, growth, inbox-placement or commercial-outcome guarantee is given. Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. These preview terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No final commercial liability cap, governing-law clause or dispute forum is stated until the contracting entity and launch jurisdictions are confirmed.
12. Changes and requests
Material subscription changes should be communicated before they affect an active customer. A usable support, cancellation and legal request channel must be published before paid checkout starts. The Contact page is intentionally blank during preview and cannot receive requests. These terms must be completed with operator details before paid public onboarding.
